Hip-hop artist Omid Wisdom in his drive to maintain his positive thoughts through his career of rapping and hip hop, recently dropped his first album. The album entitled; “Burn Free” was released in a live concert on March 29th 2014 at the Alliance Franco Gambienne hall.
Born Saikou Dibassy but musically Omid Wisom, in recent years has been one of the phenomenal stars on the rise. Renowned for his high improvise maturity, Omid was the force behind one-time featured 2005 ‘Afrolution Compilation’ alongside artistes like Smoke Doctor, Hakim from the former ‘The Boys’ and a host of others.
He also earlier on launched his most anticipated mixtapes dubbed ‘Chronicles 101; The Omid Wisdom Testimonies at Millys Nite Club. The recently launched CD comes in two volumes- one and two and is ‘Chronicles 101: The Wisdom of Testimonies- ‘Cassette Bu Jahasso’.
Speaking to What’s On, prior to the lunching, Omid disclosed that the album is part of his move to meet big artists at the top, thus he said the video of the full album is coming soon to back his message to all his fans. He said that among his aims is to always stay focused on duty to ensure he uplifts his fans and move forward to meet his targets.
