Zimbabwe: Winky D Shines At Zim-Dancehall Awards

Winky D walked away the biggest winner onWednesday night, bagging four accolades at the inaugural Zim-dancehall awards.

The Ninja President, as Winky D is fondly known, scooped the Best Male Artiste Award, Best SocialMessage Award for his hit "Mafirakureva" which was tied with Jay C's "Positive", Best Performer Award and the award for Best Video and Choreography.

There was, however, chaos when a fan believed to be from Killah T's camp threw a can at Winky D protesting that the results were rigged. This resulted in Winky D's brother-cum-producer Layaan and his manager, Jonathan Banda, confronting the man and creating a scene.

The unidentified fan was immediately whisked out of the venue by the organisers.

Best Artiste Manager - Mr Jonathan Banda (Winky D)

Best Reggae Artiste - Mic Inity
